For agreed container-loading assignments, an inspector or appropriate inspection resource attends the loading and documents the agreed checks. Where an AQL-based inspection is agreed and the defect count exceeds the applicable acceptance threshold, the inspection result is marked as PENDING / FAILED. We immediately provide the factory with a Corrective Action Plan (CAP), halt packing, supervise the rework or replacement of rejected units, and perform a re-inspection before the container is released for dispatch.

For product sourcing and supplier matching and third-party quality control inspections, factory audits, and container loading supervision, we charge 5% to 10% commission on the total order value, or a fixed monthly retainer of $1,500 to $3,000 depending on the scope of work. Add-on services are billed separately: factory or physical inspections around $500 per visit when not included in the main retainer or project fee, additional sample rounds or shipping from $30 per extra sample, and lab testing at actual external laboratory cost. All fee quotes are issued in writing prior to engagement with zero hidden charges.

No. We operate with complete commercial transparency. Quotations from verified manufacturers are shared directly with buyers. We do not inflate factory unit rates.

Payment terms vary by supplier, product, order size and buyer negotiation. A 30% advance via T/T with the balance against agreed shipping or inspection milestones is one common structure. For high-value shipments, Irrevocable Letters of Credit (LC at sight) are commonly accepted.

We benchmark supplier quotations against local market pricing and negotiate where appropriate. Actual savings depend on the product, quantity, supplier and commercial terms. Overseas buyers approaching Indian factories online are often quoted high retail export prices. Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): Transit from western Indian ports (Mundra, Pipavav, Nhava Sheva) takes approximately 20–28 days to Western Europe / UK, 30–42 days to US East Coast, and 24–35 days to US West Coast / Australia. Air Freight: Takes 4 to 8 business days door-to-door.
