Container Loading Supervision & Seal Verification at Port / ICD
Improper container stuffing, rough cargo handling, or carton shortages can result in thousands of dollars in transit damage, moisture mould, or customs fines. Our inspector is physically present throughout the entire loading process to count cartons, monitor weight balance, ensure proper lashing, and record the tamper-proof container seal.
When to use: Highly recommended for fragile natural stone crates, assembled solid wood furniture, multi-supplier consolidated (LCL/FCL) containers, and high-value export merchandise.
What We Check
We evaluate critical factors that directly protect your product quality, landed costs, and customer delivery dates:
Cleanliness, weather-tightness, floor condition, and absence of odor/mould in empty container
Box-by-box count verification matching the commercial invoice and ocean packing list
Condition of outer cartons, corner crush checks, silica gel bags, and strap banding
Optimal loading sequence (heavy crates on bottom, fragile cartons protected)
Container door closure, high-security bolt seal application, and seal number recording
Shipping line dispatch documentation, handover notes, and truck driver verification
